CHARACTERISTIC:

Double-thread heads close the bag by sewing two parallel lines.
The stitching between the two sewing lines is shifted to provide additional bag closing and product protection.
They are resistant to dirt, dust etc. and have an automatic lubrication system.

WITHOUT A KNIFE

Heads without a thread cutting knife are recommended in particular for rufflers, where the knife is usually supplied by the machine manufacturer.

WITH STANDARD KNIFE

Heads with a standard thread cutting knife built into the structure of the device require retrofitting with a pneumatic pusher, which directs the thread chain towards the knife.
They are usually used in simple, undemanding installations.

WITH CLIPPER KNIFE

Heads with an automatic clipper cutting system are used, among others in the food industry due to their adaptation to sewing with the use of crepe tape.

WITH ROTARY KNIFE

Heads with an automatic rotary cutting system are used for higher capacities and the required high sewing precision.
