Weighing, packing and palletizing line at the seed plant

At the seed plant in Szubin near Bydgoszcz, we have completed the project of a weighing, packing and palletizing line. The client decided on the following configuration:

Gross weighing and packing machine with belt dosing
ALIMA sewing system with FISCHBEIN single-thread head and automatic infeed
Bag transporter with modular belt
Bag turning system 90 degrees
SMART bag palletizer

The line in this configuration can be operated by 2 people – the operator of the weighing and packing line, whose task is to put the bag on the mouthpiece, and then introduce its beginning to the sewing system, and the forklift operator, who picks up the full pallet after the palletizing cycle is completed and places the empty one.

In 2018 and again in 2021 we became the laureate of the 18th and 22nd edition of the prestigious “Gazele Biznesu” ranking conducted by the editors of the PULS BIZNESU daily. This distinction is awarded to the most dynamically developing small and medium-size enterprises.
